About Pat | Partner & Chair, Mass Torts

Class actions and mass tort cases rarely move in straight lines. Pat Wallace focuses his practice on matters that demand focus, adaptability, and sound judgment over time.

Pat has played a central role in litigation resulting in recoveries exceeding $150 million. His work includes consumer and employment class actions, whistleblower matters, and environmental contamination cases, often involving coordinated proceedings in state and federal courts. He has served as co-lead class counsel in cases challenging unlawful fees and consumer harm and has held leadership roles in toxic exposure litigation.

Pat’s experience spans all phases of litigation through trial and appeal, including multidistrict litigation and nationwide class actions. He brings a steady, analytical approach to cases where strategy must evolve without losing direction.

Pat earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and clerked for the Honorable Catharine R. Aron, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers

When Pat is not engaged in complex litigation, he enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with his children’s activities. He is also an avid runner and regularly trains for and participates in road races.
