About Kim

Litigation moves faster and more reliably when the operations behind it are tight. Kim Welch brings that perspective to her work as a senior paralegal at Lee Segui, where she supports attorneys and administrative teams across the firm’s complex litigation practice.

Kim has more than 15 years of experience in class action matters, including defective products, false advertising, mislabeling, and data breaches. That background gives her a practical foundation for understanding what cases need at each stage and how organization either supports or undermines execution.

In recent years, Kim has focused on how artificial intelligence can be responsibly integrated into legal practice, with particular attention to aligning AI tools with evolving legal standards. She is currently pursuing an M.B.A. to further develop her strategic and operational expertise.

Kim embraces an active, outdoor lifestyle and a deep curiosity for exploration. As the parent of an adopted child from South Korea, she is intentional about immersing him in diverse cultures, perspectives, and ways of life. Whether close to home or on the road, she values every opportunity to spend time outdoors, explore new places together, and learn from those shared moments.
