About Kyle

Kyle Medin focuses his practice on ERISA cases and employment benefits litigation He works on cases that require careful analysis, clear framing, and disciplined development of the factual record.

His practice centers on how legal theories and factual development come together over time. Kyle approaches cases with an emphasis on structure and clarity, focusing on building records that allow courts to evaluate issues efficiently and consistently as matters progress.

Kyle earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law, where he served in editorial roles on the Duke Law Journal and the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum. He also holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Florida State University, graduating summa cum laude.

Outside of his legal practice, Kyle is an avid musician who plays drums, guitar, and piano, and is currently learning the mandolin. He also enjoys hiking, nature photography, and collaborative storytelling through tabletop role-playing games.
