Patrick Wallace Appointed Interim Co-Lead Counsel in Consolidated Nike Litigation

Lee Segui is pleased to announce that the United States District Court for the District of Oregon has appointed Patrick Wallace as Interim Co-Lead Counsel in consolidated litigation, In Re Nike Tariff Litigation.

In an order entered on June 17, 2026, the Court consolidated related actions and appointed Patrick Wallace of Lee Segui, Jason T. Dennett of Milberg PLLC, and M. Anderson Berry of Emery Reddy PC to serve in leadership roles as the litigation moves forward.

The Court also established a schedule for the filing of a consolidated complaint and future briefing.
