About Eric

Industry context often explains legal disputes more clearly than theory alone. Eric Steber works on class action and employment litigation at the intersection of law and business.

Eric brings a structured, analytical approach shaped by his experience supporting judges and courts. He began his career as a North Carolina Judicial Fellow and later clerked for the Honorable Julianna T. Earp of the North Carolina Business Court, where he worked on complex civil and business disputes.

That experience reinforced the importance of precision and organization, principles Eric applies to consumer protection and employment matters today. He is active with the Wake County and North Carolina Bar Associations and serves as education co-chair for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice’s Products Liability, Class Actions, and Mass Torts Section.
