That perspective shapes Harper Segui’s work in consumer class actions nationwide.
Her practice centers on defective, mislabeled, and falsely advertised products—the kind of cases where technical details and corporate representations intersect. Understanding both is what allows the story of a case to come into focus.
Harper has been appointed by courts across the country to serve in leadership roles, including Co-Lead Counsel, Settlement Class Counsel, and as a member of Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees in multidistrict litigation. She has helped guide cases involving cookware, appliances, personal care products, construction materials, and other consumer goods through coordinated discovery, expert development, and settlement. Her work has contributed to multi-million and nine-figure recoveries for consumers.
Beyond the courtroom, Harper writes and lectures frequently on product liability and class action issues. She is active in organizations committed to advancing consumer protection and legal education.
She has been repeatedly recognized by her peers through inclusion on the Super Lawyers list.
Harper received her J.D. from Mercer University and her B.A. from the University of Central Florida. She is admitted to practice in Georgia, South Carolina, and numerous federal courts.

2026: In re Generac Solar Power Systems Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation Appointed Settlement Class Counsel and Co-Chair of the Expert Steering Committee in the nationwide litigation over alleged defects in Generac PWRcell solar energy systems. The case resulted in a $15 million settlement.
2025: Bender v. HALO Innovations, Inc. Represented consumers in litigation concerning alleged defects and marketing representations involving HALO BassiNest Flex baby bassinets. Served as Settlement Class Counsel in reaching a $1.5 million settlement.
2024: In re All-Clad Metalcrafters, LLC Helped lead multidistrict litigation over All-Clad cookware allegedly marketed as dishwasher safe despite claims that dishwasher use could damage the products. Appointed Co-Lead Counsel and Settlement Class Counsel, helping secure a $4 million settlement fund and replacement-product relief for consumers.
2024: Peterson v. BSH Home Appliances Corp. d/b/a Bosch Pursued claims involving allegedly defective displays in certain Bosch microwave and oven products. As Settlement Class Counsel, helped obtain a settlement providing up to $2 million in monetary relief along with additional service-plan benefits.
2024: Spencer v. Knix Wear, Inc. Represented consumers challenging the labeling and marketing of certain Knix products. Served as Settlement Class Counsel in a resolution providing up to $2 million in monetary relief.
2024: Coleman v. Britax Child Safety, Inc. Pursued claims challenging representations made about certain Britax child booster seats. The case reached a settlement providing consumers with up to $1.8 million in monetary relief.
2023: Dickens v. Thinx, Inc. Represented consumers in litigation challenging representations about certain Thinx products. As Settlement Class Counsel, helped reach a resolution establishing a $4 million cash fund, with additional funds available for valid claims.
2022: In re Allura Fiber Cement Siding Litigation Appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in multidistrict litigation over fiber cement siding alleged to deteriorate prematurely. Also served as Settlement Class Counsel in the $12.5 million resolution.
2022: Cleveland v. Whirlpool Corp. Represented consumers who alleged defects in certain Whirlpool dishwashers. Served as Settlement Class Counsel in a resolution estimated to provide $15.7 million to $21.3 million in benefits.
2021: Hamm et al. v. Sharp Electronics Corp. Represented owners of Sharp microwave drawers in litigation over alleged product defects. As Settlement Class Counsel, helped achieve a resolution estimated at more than $100 million in value.
