Representing employees and consumers in high-stakes litigation requires discipline and stamina. Jeremy Williams focuses his practice on cases where clarity, persistence, and follow-through matter most.
Jeremy co-chairs Lee Segui’s Employment & Civil Rights practice and has litigated cases resulting in tens of millions of dollars in recoveries nationwide. His experience spans unpaid sales commission disputes, discrimination and wrongful termination claims, consumer class actions, retirement fund mismanagement, and product-related litigation across a range of industries.
Many of his cases have been against Fortune 500 companies and involved complex compensation structures, extensive internal communications, and unclear corporate policies. Jeremy uses that experience to cut through the complexity and develop a clear and streamlined factual record to support his clients’ cases. His work has been recognized by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite.
When Jeremy is not advocating for his clients’ rights, he enjoys living an active lifestyle with his wife and their two young children. He is an avid golfer and skier and enjoys traveling domestically and internationally with his family and friends. Some of his favorite travels have been safaris in Kenya and South Africa, wine-focused travel to Napa, Sonoma, Santa Barbara, Franschhoek, and Bordeaux, and trips to hike and ski in Colorado, Montana, and Utah.
