Representing employees and consumers in high-stakes litigation requires discipline and stamina. Jeremy Williams focuses his practice on cases where clarity, persistence, and follow-through matter most.
Jeremy co-chairs Lee Segui’s Employment & Civil Rights practice and has contributed to cases resulting in tens of millions of dollars in recoveries since entering private practice. His experience spans unpaid sales commission disputes, discrimination and wrongful termination claims, consumer class actions, retirement fund mismanagement, and product-related litigation across a range of industries.
Jeremy has also represented clients in Title IX litigation against major universities, work that resulted in the reinstatement of women’s varsity athletic programs. Across matters, he is known for developing clean factual records and aligning legal strategy with how cases actually unfold in court.
Jeremy earned his law degree from Campbell University School of Law while also completing an M.B.A. at North Carolina State University. He received his undergraduate degree from Elon University. His work has been recognized by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite.
