About Josh
Josh works on complex litigation matters, including cases involving tariffs, ERISA, and consumer protection. His work focuses on analyzing issues as they develop and supporting case strategy through research, briefing, and record development.
Before joining Lee Segui, Josh served as an Assistant Attorney General with the New Mexico Department of Justice, where he worked on consumer protection and antitrust matters. His work involved developing cases from investigation through filing and supporting enforcement actions involving unfair market practices. He later practiced as an associate on professional liability matters, working on litigation involving claims against professionals.
During law school, Josh worked in the Washington University Interdisciplinary Environmental Clinic, where he was involved in environmental enforcement matters. He also gained experience through a judicial externship and work with the Missouri State Public Defender, giving him early exposure to litigation, motion practice, and case development.
Outside of practicing law, Josh enjoys movies, spending time with his wife and their dog, and rooting for the Iowa Hawkeyes.
