About Thomas
Clarity is often what allows consumer cases to move forward. Thomas Pacheco focuses on nationwide class actions involving product defects, false advertising, data breaches, and unlawful fees.
His practice includes multidistrict litigation and coordinated proceedings in state and federal courts, where organization and consistency are critical. Thomas approaches cases with an emphasis on simplifying complex records so courts can evaluate them clearly.
Thomas earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Mary Washington. After law school, he clerked on Maryland’s highest court before developing a national commercial litigation practice.
